Learning Language is such an amazing and interesting thing!

World is so big! And there are so many people, cultures, traditions we have never heard about. It is simply amazing, that as soon as you leave your country, you can meet so many things to surprise you and to be interesting.

Traveling not only brings pleasure but it also develops us, our intellect, and our knowledge. But it seems to me that traveling abroad without knowing at least one foreign language is less pleasant, less interesting, and rather stressful and doesn’t allow you to see places that are closed from a usual tourist eye.
For example, traveling to Rome and seeing beautiful sights you depend on your guide only, while if you would speak English or at least 10-15 words Italian, you would perfectly manage around and find so many things –cute family restaurants, small cute pasta shops, amazing Christmas market, small fountains, lovely park.
If before traveling to London you would take a look at a Slang Dictionary, you would understand what those people are talking about.
If while being abroad, you or someone traveling with you would need medical help, you might regret that you have never taken a look at the Medical Dictionary

These are small things that might be always be useful, that is why I do believe that investing your time in your own knowledge is always important.
The best way to learn any foreign language is reading books and newspapers in it. While reading our memory absorbs lot’s of information – grammatical structures, idioms, expressions and of course we learn about traditions and culture of this language speakers.
For me, it is already very simple and usual to use Translation Software or Mirriam Dictionary while reading books in a foreign language. It is so easy – just find a word online and continue your reading.
All these translation tools are doing our life more comfortable and much easier.
Knowing languages is great, travelling is great, reading and enjoying the beauty of words and expression is just amazing.
