Payment Procedure

12:28 am On the job

Dear colleagues,

please note that with the experiences we made during the first month we amended the payment procedures in the following:

  • What is the payment procedure?
To facilitate the payment procedure LingoZ Translations prefers to pay you through PayPal or Moneybookers.

We kindly ask to have this as your solutions as well. Members having problems to use either PayPal or Moneybookers will get a personal payment solution arranged. Note that additional handling fees might apply to these other payment procedures.

As soon as you have submitted a translation your Earning account will be credited according to word counts of the translation project.

Translators requesting payment through PayPal or Moneybookers: After reaching a credit of at least 40 USD (which equals the translation of 500 words) you can claim and receive your payment through your account panel.

Please remember that PayPal might deduct its transaction fees from what we pay you, according to your account type.

Translators requesting a personal payment solution: Please reach and request a withdrawal of at least 200 USD

  • How do I claim my earnings?
In order to claim your funds you need to:

    1. Reach at least an earning account of 40 USD in case you request your payment through PayPal or Moneybookers.
    2. For individual payments procedures, such as bank wire transfer, you have to reach at least an earning account of 200 USD and request a withdrawal of at least 200 USD.
    3. Request your payment through your account panel.
    4. Use the comment text area to let us know how you want to be paid. Please take care to enter full and correct details.
    5. Send an invoice to this email address with the appropriate sum.
    6. Note that we release payments twice a month: Payments are made on the 15th and 30th of each month, which is subject to small changes according to the actual working days of each current month.
